Soup.

Hey, who remembers all that zucchini we had growing in our garden? Well, a couple months back i finally forced myself to freeze some of it, and im glad i did!
Enter this soup. It my version of the minestrone soup from Olive Garden, and its perfect for a cold, rainy day. And it has zucchini in it! Perfect.
I followed this recipe, except i left the soup chunky and added in cooked pasta. Next time i think i will also add some canned beans. Add grated Parmesan on top and enjoy!

(Also i adore reading joy the baker. She's the coolest!)

Family.

We spent lots of time with our families last weekend. For Thanksgiving we drove to Portland to have dinner with my family, and on Saturday we came back in time for dinner with Viktor's family. Lots of people and food!

*Thats Audrey with her 2 little cousins. I hope they all grow up to be friends :)

We have an update!

Super exciting news, Audrey took her first steps yesterday!! There was only about 3 steps and they were really shaky, but I am so happy! My little girl will be walking soon, i know it. :)

And some more vacation.

Some things (I think..) Viktor loved on our vacation:

 Hiking.
 Eating.
 Me. ;)
 Wild chickens.
 The water.
 Snorkeling.
 More hiking.

P.S. I liked these things too.
P.P.S. Also i know i could just ask Viktor what he liked, but this is more fun!

Vacation.

Some pictures from Hawaii, where you dont feel bad just laying around/eating out all day long. What a magical place. :) We spent most our time in the water, coming out only to dry before heading off to eat.

Some things I loved:
 Amazing giant trees.
 Pistachio frozen yogurt.
 Always holding my husbands hand.
 The warm air.

I'll post some more pictures later on. :)
