Breakfast vegetable saute with egg

 This is a simple but satisfying meal and it includes a ton of veggies. Make it for breakfast!
You will need:
 potatoes
carrots
mushrooms
bell pepper
tomatoes
green onion
avocado
egg
dill weed
rosemary
paprika
salt and pepper

Start off with sauteing the potatoes and carrots in some olive oil along with some rosemary. When the potatoes start to brown up a bit, throw in the mushrooms and bell pepper. When the mushrooms start to brown, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Next, add in the tomatoes and green onions. Crack in an egg and finish off with some avocado and dill. Eat at the table while looking at the flowers your husband just got you ;) Delicious!
